My
web site only targets a few specific areas of ferret care. The following
links will help you find more information on subjects that are not covered
here. These are all sites that I have visited at least once and bookmarked
for one reason or another (possibly for the information, possibly for
cute pictures!)
I cannot
vouch for the accuracy of information contained in any of these sites
nor have I ordered products from every "product" site listed.
Please use your own judgment when reading or buying anything from the
Internet.
For
answers to just about every question you could ever have about ferrets,
I suggest you start at Ferret
Central. For medical questions, I suggest you start at http://www.miamiferret.org/fhc,
but nothing will ever replace the knowledge of a qualified and experienced
ferret veterinarian. If your ferret is sick, please do not waste time
searching the Internet. This information is only supplementary. If your
ferret is ill, get to an experienced ferret vet ASAP (not a dog, cat,
or bunny vet!). Ferrets go downhill very quickly. They are not a "wait
a week and see" animal.
