For answers to just about every question you could ever have about ferrets, I suggest you start at Ferret Central. For medical questions, I suggest you start at http://www.miamiferret.org/fhc, but nothing will ever replace the knowledge of a qualified and experienced ferret veterinarian. If your ferret is sick, please do not waste time searching the Internet. This information is only supplementary. If your ferret is ill, get to an experienced ferret vet ASAP (not a dog, cat, or bunny vet!). Ferrets go downhill very quickly. They are not a "wait a week and see" animal.
